A very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Thanks to Corona there was unfortunately no buffet. But the breakfast at the table is plentiful, tasty and has a large selection. The staff is very nice and helpful. We recommend

Dealing with the mouth nose mask is not really taken seriously here

There were four of us 7 days in the hotel and we were all absolutely thrilled. The staff was very nice and competent. Approx. 2.00 p.m. we arrived and were able to eat something. The rooms were neat and spacious. Because of the corona regulations, there was no breakfast buffet. You could put your breakfast together the day before and it was brought to the table. No wishes were left unanswered and forgotten items were served. Dinner was also very good. We can only recommend this hotel.

The menu is a revelation. Everything freshly prepared. A friendly service. What more do you want. Price and performance are right. Highly recommended if it is kept at this level.

I can't say that we like it very much.

We were there for 4 days. Rooms, corridors and restaurant attractive and clean. The staff were very friendly and quick without being intrusive. Food (half board) was very good and sufficient. The currently necessary time planning for the meal worked well. Muesli and various fruits could also be offered for breakfast. We found the outside area in front of the entrance, which was designed like a winter garden, to be particularly cozy. An ideal starting point for our bike tours, bicycles can be parked and there are plenty of parking spaces.

We were there at noon at noon, had to wait 50 minutes for the food with 4 guests and then the cook had forgotten the salt with the dumplings. It was an absolute letdown. Nice for the second time. Nobody can get us there anymore. !!!!!!

Friendly and arranged staff. We have half board and I have to say that the food is sufficient. The rooms are neat and big enough. Price to performance are fine. Happy again!

Good, quiet location of the hotel. See beautiful outside area. In addition, always friendly and smiling staff who were always at hand with advice and help. In addition, always had an eye for the little things in every detail. Rooms were great, every day was cleaned, everything was fresh and clean. The sights could either be reached on foot or by car in a short amount of time. Gladly again if it fits :)

Location of the hotel ideal for the very neat run hotel with a very nice room, but with small flaws. What does not bother with a short break. Housekeeping should work more conscientiously.

Cozy hotel nice service and delicious food

Room and bathroom were good and clean. The staff was friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. At dinner there were 3 courses, whereby the Vor. - and dessert was not selectable. At the main course you could choose from 2 suggestions. The portions of the food could have been a bit larger. Breakfast was great, great selection of everything your heart desires.

The hotel is located away from the center of Cottbus. The foreign staff endeavors to fulfill the wishes of the guests. Our room was very spacious, the beds are very good, unfortunately, the traffic from the B168 with an open window at night a bit disturbing. The free wi-fi works almost not at all.

Very friendly. Location a bit out of the way but easy to reach by car. Is only recommended. Also a boat tour is very nice or a trip to the Polish market is only 48 km away.

The wifi in our room didn’t work most of the time, we went to the reception to complain, the receptionist checked her phone and showed us that she had one signal out of three and that it worked with her ? and suggested that we could go down to the lobby when we want to surf ?

Food is okay but pricey, nothing really special?
